We saw the problems a Turk abroad faces when trying to buy an apartment in Bodrum: fake listings, unreachable agents, language barriers, currency uncertainty.
EvimNet was designed to provide a concrete answer to each of these issues. Only licensed offices are admitted. All listings go through moderation. Buyers can contact agents via WhatsApp in their own language.
Our goal: To become the most trustworthy international real estate platform in Turkey.
The idea for EvimNet was born from an expat Turk's question in the Aegean: "Why is this so hard?"
We launched beta with the first 10 partner offices in Bodrum, Fethiye, and İzmir.
Expanded to 5 cities by adding İstanbul, Antalya, Muğla, and Aydın.
Multilingual support opened direct access to the European market. Growth continues.
